Airplane Hangars have to be built keeping in mind certain construction necessities so that there are no obstacles in storing large sized airplanes or huge fleets of airplanes. These necessities are as follows:

Airplane Hangars should be spacious and according to the size of the airplane and aircraft that it will shelter.
Large doors to let the airplane comfortably in, is another necessity of an airplane hangar.
Interior columns and other irrelevant structures inside the airplane hangar should be avoided.
Temperature regulation system should be installed so that the working conditions inside the hangar are optimal.
Bi-parting structure and large widths are generally recommended.
Airplane Hangars made of steel and metal are usually expandable and can have service stations and workshops added to them.
